What is VIKLE?+
VIKLE is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate comprehensive reports on any vehicle: car, motorcycle, boat or bike. In seconds, you get a structured analysis based on verified sources (forums, official sites, specialized press, YouTube, Reddit).
How does the AI analysis work?+
When you submit a vehicle, our system queries dozens of external sources in parallel, then uses AI models (Mistral, Gemini) to synthesize this data into a structured report: mechanical reliability, maintenance cost, user reviews, market price, competitor comparisons.
What types of vehicles are supported?+
VIKLE analyzes cars (new and used), motorcycles, scooters, motorboats, sailboats, classic bikes and electric bikes. You can analyze any brand or model, whether recent or vintage (youngtimers, collector cars).
How much does it cost?+
VIKLE offers a free plan with limited analyses. For full premium reports, two options: a subscription at €9.99/month (5 credits/month, premium AI model) or a pack of 5 credits at €11.99 (no expiration, use at your own pace).
Are the reports reliable?+
Each analysis transparently cites its sources: you can verify where every piece of information comes from. We cross-reference multiple independent sources to limit bias. However, a VIKLE report is a decision-support tool: it does not replace a professional mechanical inspection before purchase.
How long does an analysis take?+
On average, a complete analysis is generated in 30 to 60 seconds. Time varies depending on source availability and vehicle complexity.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes, you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your management area (Stripe portal). No commitment, no hidden fees.
Is my data protected?+
Yes. We only collect necessary information (email, search history). Your data is never sold. Payments are handled by Stripe, the global leader in online payment.
What are credits?+
One credit = one complete analysis report. Credits purchased via the pack are permanent (no expiration). Credits included in the subscription renew monthly (5 credits/month). If you have both, the subscription is used first.
Does VIKLE replace an automotive expert?+
No. VIKLE is a pre-research tool that saves you hours of reading on forums and specialized sites. Before buying a used vehicle, we always recommend a physical inspection by a professional.
